    The item arrived on time and was as described. I needed it shipped faster than the normal shipping that was being offered so I had to contact the seller and they were super quick with their response and super helpful in helping me get the shipping upgraded to a quicker time.

    We did ship within 24 hours, for free, but USPS Ground Advantage does take a while when shipping outside the continental US. We do offer Priority shipping for a small fee.
