  I ordered this radiator and it was in fact brand new. The part was exactly as described and of good quality. For the price you can’t beat it. The problem I had was not with the seller or the product itself but with the shipper. FedEx crushed the radiator and it arrived very bent. It was packaged securely in the box but it appeared someone had sat on it and severely bent it. Unfortunately I was unable to use it but was promptly issued a refund. I would order again from them. Instant shipment & once the item incurred fatal damage by & @ the carrier: comms+resolution was prompt & top notch as replacement ITEM arrived only couple days apart from estimated 1st(during July 4th!) item is as described neatly packed with thick packing foam to prevent even cosmetic damage; hardware also comes with all tools.   48" quick attach pallet forks (and frame) were: 1. priced competitively 2. shipped promptly (when Amazon would not ship this same item to my address!?!) 3. received in excellent condition 4. seller stayed in touch and replied quickly to a question I had.   I have purchased items on eBay for years and this is the best seller I have had the pleasure of buying items from. There was a lost part when the item was delivered. I contacted seller and got a very quick response about options to resolve the shortage. They were more than hospitable in getting everything right. Needless to say they are on my favorites list and I hope they have an item I need since I will definitely purchase from them again. Very pleased with their service!

  the seller should tell you that they are an AMAZON seller . I could have bought it from AMAZON but for my own reasons I did not want too . AMAZON shipped it quickly and packed well . also the warranty that they stated in the listing is not what is covered . they stated lifetime warranty . as pictured in the listing . AMAZON only gives you 30 days
