  I've had just a bad experience with this seller. The item I purchased was incomplete upon arrival and I contacted the seller and started the refund process. The seller and I came to an agreement that I would receive 50% of my money back and I would keep the item. They sent me a message (several) stating that I needed to close the return before they can send a refund. I was hesitant, but did what they asked and closed the return. It's been a week and they haven't refunded and ghosted me.
