  Item was not as picutred.The item pictured had one piece of string down the middle,with both wooden pieces attached.I received a bit of string with the bottom bit on it separate.I asked for a partial refund,but did not receieve one.Which would be a reasonable thing to give me.Not sure why the seller did not know the condition of the item before it was sent to me,as they must have packaged it up like that.

  When we received your message we asked you to send a photograph of the damaged windchime. As you asked for a partial refund for for your inconvenience we thought that it was something you were able to correct. You sent the photograph today and we asked you if you could knot it together, which you said no As you were unable to do this we asked you to return it for either a replacement or refund. We would not offer a partial refund without seeing the photographs
