    The shoes were as described and were a good value. They were shipped only in original shoe box no outer shipping box or bag as mentioned by another reviewer. I think seller uses 3rd party distributor to ship bc tracking info made no sense. Inquiries yielded very little info. Bottom line-I got what I ordered and am happy with the shoes.

    Seller was responsive and accommodating - updating the shipping address after I mistakenly provided an old one. Shipping was swift and item was as described.

    Shoes are as described. They shipped them in the original boxes taped them together. The boxes are absolutely destroyed it so if you're buying these to give us a gift keep that in mind you're gonna get them pretty much crushed and taped up.

    the quality of the sandals were perfect, condition new, value was a good price and appearance great. The shipping was free. Now if they would have mailed the shoes instead of waiting 1 week after creating the shipping label I would have received them in time for fathers day rather than late. That was disappointing, especially since I contacted to ask if they would mail them it time for the delivery which ended up being 4 days after the tracking date. It was not USPS fault this time.

    The item that I recieved its really exact , by colour, size and the packaging also is good, the way they pack inside the item is good. thanks to the seller you valued our order item .. ❤️❤️❤️ but because im ordered this item to far from other country a bit longer weeks I recieved. but it is a good condition the item when i recieved it .

    This seller is so helpful and worked through a miscommunication regarding the shoe style. He supplied me a return label, sent me the shoes I thought I'd ordered (which I love and are great) and and now all I have to do is drive to the post office to return the originals. I'm going to definitely purchase from him again!!! Vionics are the best and this style is a must have!!!
