  Il prodotto, che io conosco molto bene perché lo utilizzo da molto tempo, non profuma di niente, non tiene il paragone con quello che ho comprato mesi fa in profumeria. Per cui vorrei restituire le due confezioni che mi ha inviato oppure sostituire con prodotto veramente originale, così come proposto nella sua inserzione di vendita

  The quality was different this time. Instead of being an ointment like it always was previous orders, this one was a thin white cream. We're considering it a loss, since we already opened and tried it.
