  They claimed this phone to be "New in box". It was just sitting in the box and not packaged correctly at all. They had cleaned it up but there was still dirt and wear from from being used. There was 31 saved messages on the recorder for a business in Portland that was going under according to all of the collection calls. It does seem to work though. I hate being lied to.
