  The wallet wasn’t in then condition I expected. It had a huge stain on it. It was presented as giftable and I would never gift this one

  Buyer never contacted us about returning the item. We offer free returns on all items we sell. The pictures of the item were clear and showed all defects. None of our items ever say giftable in the listing so that must have been assumed by the buyer.

  Was sent a non-functioning NES zapper gun as part of a lot with 2 NES controllers, despite the listing stating that all items worked. D-pads on controllers are loose but otherwise work fine. Attached photo shows Zapper trigger spring bent into uselessness. I cleaned the gun and fixed it, but it took a fair amount of time.

  We told the buyer to return the items and they refused. Only wanted their money back and we can not operate that way
