  I finally, after 5 HOURS of trying to get it to work, was able to once I got my hands on another remote the next day. It was still difficult it bc software needed updated. Finally got the AppleTV going, but the remote is broken. That’s the only reason I chose THIS one, bc it came with the remote. In all my studying trying to get it to work I learned that the remote is an older model that doesn’t allow full function on this AppleTV, but it doesn’t work anyway. And yes I put a new battery in it.
