  The items arrived quickly and were in an unopened package but earbud batteries were completely dead on arrival and no amount of charging them helped. The seller was quick to offer return option and refund. Unfortunately I had to invest a lot of time into this and pay a 60 USD custom fee without getting anything out of it which feels highly negative but seller communication at least pushed the feeling near neutral.
