  Chair came quickly and looks perfectly new -- couldn't detect anything wrong with it. Solid and heavy-duty. This was the most affordable I could find, especially with the seller offer. It's a cute chair.

  The item was exactly what I wanted, however, the box was damaged in shipping & the float was punctured. Shipping was fast, communication was great! This seller was very easy to deal with, made the return process easy. Will do business with them again.

  Listed as new, was not new, all packaging had been opened, unit had obviously been put together. Numerous paint chips from all parts being thrown back in box unpackaged, broken bolt that I had to cut off to replace. Seller gave $20 refund.
