  Item arrived quickly, but was broken into many pieces. Wrapped in bubble wrap and newspaper. I contacted seller, and seller IMMEDIATELY refunded the entire purchase price, shipping and tax. I wish it had not been broker, but seller handled this situation well and very quickly, without question since I provided numerous pictures of the broken vase.
