  I’ve tried reaching out to the seller multiple times with no response but a message saying they would return to the office on the 16th of October. After sending another message after the 16th I still received the same message with on reply still. Item was shown to be in its original package and in good condition. Lock set arrived in a bag with no packing and some missing parts. The long distance shipping just destroyed the brass finish, leaving scratches and dings. Very disappointed in the sell.

  The package arrived on time but looked like the box had been dropped and tape wrapped around it. Benefit of the - I opened it and it had a huge dent in it. Cannot believe they would sell this as “new opened box”. Send a note have not heard back. Will return this item for sure but what a waste of time.
