  Packaged well in the grooviest padded envelope :) item clean and as described, good quality and value. I believe the seller shipped the item the same day I bought it, but it took a while to get to me-not their fault, just the fact that we live in a rural area & our mail carriers are contracted employees who are not always available for work every day, so things seem to sit in the larger areas awaiting pickup for quite some time. But once it got here-it was worth the wait! :)

  I knew what the item would look like before I opened it because their description was very thorough. In my opinion it was a great value maybe a little high on the shipping. But the shipping and packaging were very professional and lightening fast. It took 2 days to get an order from Florida to Washington State. ☆☆☆☆☆

  Super quick responses and very nice! EXACTLY like the pictures. Was willing to lower price, which I was thankful for due to the cost of shipping. It was packed very carefully, while being pretty!! The candles were said to be included but were forgotten. When I inquired about said candles, they were awesome and sent the candles separately, free! 5 stars ✨
