    Order was placed for 9 brand new sealed packs of card but I had received the package with 3 opened card packs and 2 opened box packages. The shop had shunned responsibilities and blamed the forwarder for suspected tampering. I had used this forwarder for years and had no issues with prior packages. The shop pushed all responsibilities to the forwarder and claimed no wrongdoings, instead of checking it out.

    The buyer had the Pokémon cards shipped to a third party and is now claiming it was not as described which is a violation of the eBay's third party shipping policy. I shipped 9 brand new sealed Pokémon packs as shown in listing to the address listed on time. Customer now claiming it was opened or missing. I advised the customer of the policy and he left bad feedback. When I googled the address it says the name and address is a freight forwarding address that has been linked to scams. Reported
