  Shipping was quick and it was packaged well and safely. While the listing for what I bought stated it came with a charger, they forgot to include it but upon contact, they QUICKLY shipped out a charger to rectify the issue. Highly recommend this seller, fast communication, great value, and will happily help with any problems.

  He initially sent me the wrong printer. When I messaged him, he apologized and sent me the correct printer that day, even before I returned the wrong printer. He paid the shipping for my return which was expensive because the item was heavy. Good doing business with him.

  Item was just as described, the price was awesome, only bad thing is the mail people squished the thin box it was mailed in a little and so the item box was a little deformed but I put it back in place and the item looks great, shipping was fast too.
