  phone itself was fine, upon spending several hours transferring files & photos, I realized the battery would not hold charge. I contacted seller in hopes they would swap the defective battery. She just said I could return the phone, I have my personal items on the phone, not to mention my time transferring data. When I exp this, seller ghosted me. I had to buy a battery now. Buy elsewhere, no need to deal with sellers like this. I will file a complaint with PayPal.
