  The item arrived in good condition, well packaged, and on time. There was a slight hiccup with a missing piece but this was promptly resolved with only a small delay due to the extra shipment - a big thank you to Jessica.   Item accurately described & illustrated in the listing and excellent value. Condition & appearance acceptable for a used item: The metal tube was scuffed where bolts had been removed, but plastic parts were pristine. I'm very pleased to have this: it has let me repair my Bosch cordless lawnmower. The item was very well packaged in protective plastic bags & bubble wrap within an outer cardboard box. Delivery (by Evri, not Royal Mail as listed) was delayed owing to a typo in the address label.
