  I would have to say that this is one of the best sellers on eBay. When my order was not delivered by the due date, instead of asking me to wait a couple more day to see if it turned, he sent a replacement that day, express delivery tracked. Definately worth it’s / the item’s cost or value, as Youtoolz don’t make these anymore. Item excellently packaged with a lot of TLC, trust and dedication. Very reasonable and provided postage, and I would buy from this seller again, if the opportunity arose, and I would recommend them to other buyers on eBay

  An immpossible to get hair conditioner so had to buy two of these from this seller. They arrived extremely well packaged - I had been worried that they would have just been put in a padded bag and ended up squashed but no these were packaged beautifully in a box. For the packaging alone I wanted to add a few more stars. This seller is the king of packaging - well done and thank you.
