  Exactly what I was hoping for. Brilliant value for money and postage was good value. Securely packaged, arriving in a padded envelope. Lovely necklace and in perfect condition, the photos really didn't do it justice, so much better than expected. So looking forward to wearing it. Would certainly recommend this seller.

  The original package delivered by the Royal Mail was severely damaged with no item inside. The seller was contacted to request details needed to submit a claim against the Royal Mail for the loss. This wasn't necessary as the seller kindly offered to send a replacement which has arrived satisfactorily
