  Exactly what I was hoping for. Brilliant value for money and postage was good value. Securely packaged, arriving in a padded envelope. Lovely necklace and in perfect condition, the photos really didn't do it justice, so much better than expected. So looking forward to wearing it. Would certainly recommend this seller.

  Took long to arrive, but I was happy with the experience despite the first order did not arrived, but they sent a second one. Still took long, but their communication was good, and offered a refund when I nearly thought the second wasn’t going to arrive either, but I got it at the end

  I bought 2 items from this seller, they did not arrive on time (not arrived by the time or writing) I contacted the seller and requested a refund. despite slightly late reply, they came back with such a nice tone and offered me replacement or a refund. I wanted a refund and they has kindly refunded me.
