  Seller promised to ship after 1 week at my request but since then has not shipped and it is 5 days overdue. seller is not sending emails to update me. excuses were given about warehouse staffing. why sell an item if you dont plan to ship it?

  Update, Apparently there was some confusion on the ship date between us but I want to say that I did get a response, I did get the item, and was happy we started to exchange emails. Once we were communicating, everything went smoothly, but prior to that I was frustrated with what i perceived as lack of response. The item is as described and this transaction turned out well in the end,
