  Item arrived quickly and was in good condition. I used it to paint under the soffit outside the sun room of our house, and needed something like this to minimize the time I spent on a ladder. It worked well (with a few caveats) and I was able to complete the job without putting myself at undue risk. The biggest snag is that there was no way to coax it into a corner, so I did have to do some brush-work, but by and large it did okay.
