  This seller is a good communicator. He really cares about your experience. Due to recent US shipping restrictions and regulatory changes, the battery pack was stuck in customs for months. He tried in his end to get an update on shipping but it was too late and I ended up getting a refund. Surprisingly, packing showed up in the mail today. Nicely packaged and I reached out to him to offer him to pay. I hope to work with him in the future.

  After I found out I ordered the wrong batteries; I contacted the seller immediately and requested a cancellation. Very understanding seller. He cancelled the order before it was shipped! All my fault but saved by this seller from a costly return.

  I was so happy to receive the package the day before the Canada Post strike. The item was packed very well and the battery was protected with the original battery cover. Very good seller, I will definitely buy again if needed.

  Battery arrived very fast! Works very well!! Very good and seller! Much cheaper than buying directly from Nikon.
