  Item was poorly packaged for shipping and arrived damaged. Seller took no responsibility, we offered to let me return the item for a refund instead of doing the honorable thing and giving me a partial refund for their poor packaging. I don’t want to go through the hassle of trying to return this item for a refund or something I didn’t do wrongly.

  Item arrived as described. Don't think it was the seller's fault that it took over two weeks to receive but they chose the method of shipping. I sent an email asking what the holdup was, never got a response. It did eventually show up so no huge deal.

  I ordered boots from this seller and they came in perfect new in box condition just as described on the listing. They work good and look good. I was definitely pleased considering this saved me around half the price of these brand new. The seller got the item to the post office within hours of placing the order.

  This is a very good EBay seller. I bought 5 Wicked dolls in 3 separate auctions. They offered me several discounts and packed well, and shipped within a reasonable amount of time. One of my packages arrived with a crack in its packaging. Dan responded very quickly and offered me options that were more than fair. My Wicked dolls are in perfectly “Wicked” condition!
