  Forgot about my order. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they "sent it." When it showed up it was the cheaper model and not what I ordered. There were not any messages about when it was shipped or tracking. I was offered an amount that equaled the cheaper model, but it wasn't what I ordered. They did give me a refund once I returned it, but I still do not have what I wanted.

  the seller was verry accommodating, went the extra mile after shipping it to have it upgraded to air, then later had tracking available for me despite my despondence about it not arriving on time, seller was a sport.
