    One of the rings arrived broken due to poor packaging in my opinion and they refunded me all the money which I said to them they didn't have to. They could've just made a partial refund but anyway thank you and I will buy from you again in the future if I need to.

    As always with this seller the box the item was sent in is a bit flimsey and was crushed into a non box like shape. As always the product inside was undamaged. This is the 5th light fitting I've bought from them and they are all rather nice looking items that seem well made.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!! Sent out incorrect items, I had paid for electrician to come install light fittings, to find they were incorrect, contacted seller, very slow responses, sometimes they don’t respond! They collected their wrong light fittings very fast but didn’t resent the correct items, 2 weeks still waiting for my light fittings, no answer, no items and no refund! Will be reporting to eBay!
