  Great seller, the item was in perfect condition also was at best price, sadly when arrived seems the lug of the headlight was broken during carrier, although the seller did the best packing but nowadays some carrier and drivers didn’t care about packages. As soon as I informed the seller he comes forward and offered me all the options refund, return or discounts, which I chose return. I got refund but I can see seller made some losses. I wish I could help. Sorry seller

  Nice product, as described!!! Postage was not so fast, but not bad as i think its because they dont work weekends because i ordered late friday. Packing was decent.

  Poor selling with not putting items in the post when paid for. I paid for a small pump with the fitting bracket. Pump arrived without the bracket. I contacted them three times about the bracket shown in their selling picture. So the pump is no good to me without the bracket to mount it I contacted them about it but all ignored. I have asked were to post it back if they pay postage , but again ignored. Poor traders and tricky dealer to me. I won’t use again or promote Definate. Help me ?

  Genuinely impressed with these guys! Part arrived within 18 hours of ordering (ABS pump) As described and works perfectly, all warning lights have gone. Great value and packaging was spot on! Awesome 🤩
