  The Burley D towbar arrived promptly, and though it was used, it functions as if it were new. With delivery, the cost was nearly $49, which I found to be excessive for a piece of metal. However, it was the least expensive option, used or otherwise. If I can adapt my homemade trailer to fit the towbar and pull it safely, it will be a worthwhile investment.
