  Ordered a framed photo and after waiting more than 2 weeks for shipment and no response for them it arrives missing the commemorative coins. Charged 40% more than this years photo and when I reached out about the coins was offered only the cost of the coins not having the thought that what is now purchased is beyond inferior to what was listed with cardboard cutouts. I love going to dynasty for signings their ebay experience is terrible.

  Multiple responses were given to customer. Unfortunately, customer went outside of ebay to communicate which is against ebay policy & caused a delay. The customer was offered a full replacement, a discount on the item that was received (that he asked for), or a full refund. We take pride in taking care of our customers, however in this case, it was quite difficult to accommodate.

  Picture was “as advertised” and good quality. Unfortunately, the initial picture I received was damaged by USPS upon arrival so I needed to return it. That being said, seller was easy to deal with to make an exchange and a new one was received shortly after I’d sent the damaged one back to them. Would recommend!
