  The overall experience was pretty negative. I purchased an open box item, which got delivered after almost a week of waiting with missing pieces. The vendor accepted the return right away, but did not apologize for not checking their content of the box and shipping the item with only have of the item. Now I have to package and return the item to the postal office (spent my time and gas), and wait for the refund, and I'm still not having the item I wanted to purchase.

  Pardon us, we shipped the item to you promptly. We paid for USPS Ground Advantage shipping. You didn't bother to mention or inquire if you could pay the difference for Priority Mail. As far as missing pieces, we have all of our merchandise marked with indelible ink to prevent fraudulent returns. We did accept your return out of courtesy and will inspect the weight of the item being returned as well as verify our seal It's unfortunate when you have customers that believe they are beyond mistakes
