    It's easy to place an order! Just add a note to your order letting me know what color flag/lettering you would like along with how you want me to make the sleeve on your flag. See any listing for more details!

    I'm sorry you are not happy with your flag! I messaged you an order recap but never heard back from you. You didn't add a note to your order so I had no idea that you wanted a purple flag. As for size, you ordered the 10"x13.5" triangle flag. I also make a larger 12"x18" triangle flag. You can send the flag back and I'll give you a refund. I wish you would have sent me a message before you left negative feedback. I would have done everything in my power to make you happy..... Barbara
