Found the steel shaft end was squared to fit into a squared area in the lever. Problem was they were poorly machined. The shaft was able to twist in the lever. I contacted the company, they said just tighten the screw. I told those geniuses that wouldn't work since it didn't fit tight. I asked for a properly made one or a refund. But nothing was offered. $55.00 of JUNK!!!!
