I was not able to purchase an extended warranty on the eBay site so I contacted the company, who stated extended warrantees are not available on refurbished items I asked them not to ship the item, but they shipped it anyway. They continue to promise warranties for purchase that are not available on any of the hundreds of items they’re selling
