10.000 postal jobs are cut.
This deletes every 65th postal worker. While this may not seem much, it will affect some locations more than others.
I have seen a steep increase in lost and mis-routed delayed mail for a few months already.
(Such as going from Austin, to El Paso and back to Austin and back to El Paso for 2 weeks, or going from Texas to New York to New Mexico...),
