  Seller stated that the idem was painted. The idem arrived unpainted and was not as stated in the description. I used ebay's money back guarantee to receive a full refund and return shipping. I don't believe it was the seller's intent to mislead me. The idem was in a unopened sealed box that the seller never inspected.
