After being let down numerous times by other retailers, the obsession to start a company that did things a little differently began.     Took quick enough to deliver, but the communication was awful. They didn’t respond quick while the car was on the lift so I sent a question mark to them to reply with one and telling me to be patient, I thought this was bad manners. They didn’t help much with the refund and also said that I had tried to fit the springs into my car. The resulted this by sending me a photo with a couple of black bits on the spring that could have happened in transport, they also only sent £55 out of the £87.

    This delightful customer ordered the wrong springs and tried to fit them which ended up causing damage to the springs. He returned them and eBay refunded accordingly. The average reply time to your messages was 7 minutes. Please to say eBay have now blocked this customer.
