  Slow to ship, overcharged priority rate, shipped first class. Item was very worn and shabby, not as described by photo. I’m disappointed. Links have silver missing, one of medallions looks scuffed, see photo, second from left. No value. (Trash) I can’t wear this out of the house. Returns not accepted. Packaging was acceptable.

  Buyer paid on Sunday, chose and paid for USPS ground shipping. I shipped on Monday morning via USPS Ground shipping. Buyer let me know Monday afternoon that she needed it by Tuesday. I try and go above and beyond for my customers, but there was nothing I could do to make that happen even if I paid for it myself. I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the transaction, please feel free to reach out, I am always willing to do a return or anything else to resolve any situation
