  Seller was very helpful throughout, even when I encountered issues. Item is as described and I'm so in love with it! The shipping process was pretty quick arrived in less than two weeks, however if you live outside US you may have to pay import taxes (like I did and was no included with the shipping). I felt like I got my money''s worth seeing as this is a discontinued american girl item and I'm soooo satisfied with my purchase 3

  Item arrived as described in shrinkwrap and lightweight packaging in great condition, good value for the product. I've bought several items from this seller. It's a good experience every time. The coloring of the dress looks darker than in the photo.
