  Shipping was quick through USPS. Packaging was minimal, EERO 6 box was sent in a plastic bag which arrived in with small rips and a dent to the box, EERO 6 items within box were not damaged and devices powered up. Exactly as described as new in factory wrapping. Very good value in comparison with Amazon pricing.

  Thanks for your order. I shipped it Priority Mail instead of Ground, which saved over a month in transit time to Hawaii. The plastic bag is a poly mailer - water and tear resistant- which commonly used for items that don’t need extra protection, like this Eero device that already comes in a rigid box. Amazon have SIPP program "Ships in Product Packaging" that allows certain products to be shipped in their original box, envelope, or bag without an Amazon outer box.

  Shipping took a little while but it wasnt really the sellers fault, was brand new just like the listing said and it works perfectly. The seller also responded to my questions about shipping times almost immediately and was extremely courteous.
