Price + shipping cost was a great deal. Given that this was an as is, and sold for parts item I have very little to say negatively about this item. The only thing I will say is that an item with a description of unknown ram/ssd suggests there is ram/ssd in the item, not NONE. That said it was a steal as it works perfectly as you will see in the enclosed pics. I still recommend this seller to all

Even labeled which analog stick is the issue so if I were replacing with the standard 1:1 I could do so easily. Controller appearance is in great shape with only minor scuffs from normal use. The computer was exactly as represented by the seller. When I went to customize the computer I found out that the Windows 11 Pro Operating system had not been activated. I contacted the seller and they stated that to include an activation key would be cost prohibitive. However, they offered to refund my cost for a key or return the computer for a full refund. I got a key.
