  The item is in great condition considering it is used. It was packaged securely and safely. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me, which is pretty good.   I got the graphic card quick, the seller ships almost immediately. The card didn't work in my system. I can't 100% say that the card was bad, I had no other system to test in. I've dealt with shady sellers before and I DON'T get that impression from this seller. I think it was just one off, and the end of the day I had no issues with returns. I can only say that the item was shipped quick, it was what was described, and returns are simple.
