  Super fast delivery. Good quality for the price and exactly as described, unfortunately several listed pieces were missing. Contacted seller who responded quickly, offered an apology and discount. Fast responses to all messages. Didn’t accept discount as it was too difficult and expensive to replace items separately, seller arranged speedy full refund. Disappointed the whole costume didn’t arrive but these things happen. Very happy with seller’s customer service. Would buy from them again.

  Horrible experience. They LIED to cover themselves and got CAUGHT RED HANDED .. took them 8 days to book the package. When finally booked the tracking said they haven't even sent it to AUS POST for 4 days. I called AUS POST and confirmed they had not received it. Then when asking them about it got a LIE about it being damaged and it was sent back. They sell items they DONT HAVE IN STOCK and hope we will wait. HORRIBLE business.. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

  Seller sold me a counterfeit product falsely advertised as a "Nendoroid" in the title (trademark of Good Smile Company). Item arrived damaged, of poor quality, and lacked all legitimate branding. This is deliberate trademark misuse and false advertising. When confronted, seller refused to acknowledge the counterfeit issue. I have reported them to eBay, the ACCC, and Good Smile’s IP enforcement. Avoid this seller, they are knowingly distributing counterfeit goods in breach of law.

  Wish I had seen other reviews because of similar issues with long delivery time, missing item and poor communication. Took nearly two weeks to arrive but hairclips not delivered. Seller's first response - offer a 10% refund. Seller would not answer questions about exchanging outfit. About 2 weeks later was told hairclips are no longer being made. Was offered and took a 10% refund because frustrating to deal with. Daughter missed her two events. Still advertised with "head gear" (hairclips)!
