    Plate is pristine and looks like it has never been used! The last one I ordered had cracks all over it and although I used it, it never looked good. I got a replacement for a reasonable price, although the shipping cost was high. The plate was over-packaged in my opinion. I think that two USPS shipping boxes is overkill if you pack one tightly and wrap in bubble wrap. But, whatever they did worked and I will treasure this item for many years to come.
