  The shipping and packaging was excellent. The item was accurately described. The cost of this item was excellent. I wish it would have fit better. It is definitely a keeper item to the buyer who it fits. The return process was smooth, since I needed to return it, I appreciated the excellent price.   Overall good experience and good value. The skirt arrived lightening fast, was well packaged, well made & in great condition. Despite the seller's clear photos accompanied by good measurements (increasingly a rarity on eBay!) and my being a seamstress familiar with my own measurements for a variety of styles, the cut of the skirt just did not fit me so I decided to return it (something I seldom find necessary) thanks to the seller's liberal return policy. So all around a good experience.

  Shipping done in timely manner got package sooner than expected. Packaging done very well no signs of damage. Item described exactly as seller posted no damages no rips no cuts and no tears of any kind. Zipper works as it should Good price for used item. Wife is Happy with item.
