  This seller went above and beyond to make sure my bracelet arrived in good time. I didn’t have much notice about a funeral dress code and messaged Steve late in the evening to ask if he could try his best to get it to me within a timeframe. He replied the next morning to say he’d try his best but couldn’t guarantee the arrival date because once posted it was down to Royal Mail to do the rest and gave me the option to cancel. I decided to take a chance and it arrived the following day! It’s GREAT
