  BUYER BEWARE!! Returned a dirty and non-functioning item and the seller tried to open a case against me saying I returned a different item. BE CAREFUL, seller my try to keep item and your MONEY!!

  Buyer requested a return and sent back a broken and dirty item, not the item they were sent. Ebay sided with us on the case for the appeal as we had plenty of photo evidence, but they haven't removed this review yet. We are a 26 year old account and this was the first negative review we've ever received. This was not the first switch out we've had, but this is the first someone has had the nerve to retaliate for us calling them out on it. Beware this buyer!
