  Instructions were provided into how to deal with that. At least 1 topper was removed here prior to despatch to ensure that they came off. You purchased during a particularly warm spell and obviously sugar softens in the warm. The placing sheet in the freezer hack, outlined in the instructions would have resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. I sell over a1000 sheets of these a week, many to corporate clients. Will happily supply details of clients and company whom actually makes the sheets.
