  As described. Fast delivery. My images came out dark but not the seller’s fault. I was offered choice to return for refund but had to use them so no time. Seller advised how I could lighten the image so if I need more I can do that

  Item did not arrive 4 days after the delivery date that had been provided by the seller. I requested a refund I was entitled to have , but the seller was not co-operative at all, blamed on me and was extremely rude in the messages. Turned out he had several complaints and refund requests in the past by other buyers. I had to ask him a couple of times to stop contacting me and to stop talking me that disgusting way. Definitely a seller to avoid!

  So, what actually happened was.Firstly, I asked buyer not to blame a seller for delivery issues, sellers cannot control delivery times.Secondly, I tried to explain that NO seller provides the estimated delivery dates, Ebay do.Finally I explained I provide a postage advise guide with order confirmation. Which as states to allow 5 working days for 2nd class mail, due to new Royal Mail guidelines, as they have changed. It also states to contact me to cancel order if that does not work for you.

  Absolutely brilliant seller with clear to follow instructions on how to submit photos. I'm super chuffed with how my cake strips have come out for my Dads 80th Birthday cake. The resolution on the Icing Sheet is perfect. The value for 3 negative style photo strips and postage for next day service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this seller and service. Very happy with my purchase.
