  We ordered 2 LARGE bars of soap but received 8 TINY bars (like hotel soap). These large bars are VERY expensive. Want a refund or replacement with correct order.

  I have question,i was expecting the shape of the items is kinda rectangular shape but what I received was all round shape not the kind of product i expected.I have powder case shape like rectangle that’s why I ordered refill like that but you guys sent me round shape 😞

  Seller did not provide with me correct tracking information for my local post office to pull up. Yes in some ways it is my fault for not being home to receive the package. However there is no record of my package at the USPS office. Also they are not trying to make the situation right at all when I contacted them for assistance.
