I sent back an item via Royal Mail, because the ebay return process was not financially viable (with low value items). I suspect that my return was overlooked by the seller and therefore did not recieve a refund. It is possible that Royal Mail lost the item, although it's more likely, in my opinion, that the seller's process is flawed. Also, contact with this seller cannot be made in the normal way.
